1) Who we are

We do not provide investment advice. The Site contains affiliate links to eToro.

2) Data we process

Technical data: truncated/pseudonymized IP address, user-agent, viewed pages, events (e.g., CTA clicks), consent identifiers.
Browsing data: language/cookie preferences, referrers, session duration.
External content: loaded after consent (e.g., YouTube player, GA4 scripts).

We do not collect identity documents or financial data. Sign-up/eKYC and trading occur exclusively on eToro’s sites/apps, outside our scope.

4) Cookies & trackers

The Site implements a consent banner (Google Consent Mode v2). By default, analytics and ads are denied. After you agree:

GA4 may load to produce aggregated, anonymized statistics.
YouTube may load its embedded player (its own cookies/identifiers).

Control your choices: use the “Cookie preferences” link (footer) to accept/decline or customize by category at any time.

Netlify (hosting) — processing necessary for hosting, security and delivery of the Site.
Google (GA4) — audience measurement, only if you consent.
YouTube/Google — embedded video playback, only if you consent.

We do not sell your data. Data collected via our Site is not shared with eToro. When you click an eToro link, you leave our Site; eToro’s processing is subject to its own policies.

6) International data transfers

Our providers may process data outside the European Union (e.g., the United States). We rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or adequacy decisions where applicable.

7) Retention periods

Preference cookies (language/consent): 6–12 months.
Audience measurement (if consented): up to 13 months.
Security logs: strictly necessary duration (days/weeks).

8) Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Site (HTTPS, secure hosting practices, limited access policies). No system is infallible; a residual risk remains.
